TRAINING CONSULTANT – Project Management, Leadership and Management

 We currently have an exciting job opportunity in our Apprenticeship team!

We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile individual to design, deliver and support Apprenticeships specifically across our  Project Management and Leadership & Management programmes. This role is could be on a part or full-time basis depending on your experience.

You’ll need to be enthusiastic, have a desire to work with and support apprentices further developing their career. An excellent communicator and competent in the following areas:

· Excellent Coaching and mentoring skills to apprentices aged 16+

· Occupational experience and skills in Project Management and Leadership & Management

· Designing and creating schemes of work and resources to support delivery

· Teaching and learning including blended learning using both face to face and virtual learning environment

· Identifying and supporting individual learning needs

· Liaising with a variety of stakeholders relevant to apprentices’ programme.

 

Occupational experience and valid UK driving license is ESSENTIAL.

 

The job holder will be hybrid working and travelling out to employers and apprentices as required.
