Our apprenticeship programmes have nationally leading outcomes, 20% more people achieve their apprenticeship with WBTC when compared to the national average, meaning you are in the right place to receive an individualised programme to boost your career. Our 16-18 Study programme enables young people to gain academic qualifications alongside qualifications that build your confidence and prepare you for the world of work. For adults, we have a range of paid for and fully funded programmes which enable you to get valuable qualifications to help you advance in the workplace.
