Performance Management

This workshop is designed to give you the knowledge and skill to manage the performance of your team members effectively.

Who is it for?

The performance Management workshop is ideal for: first-time managers, experienced managers seeking to enhance their skills, team leaders and supervisors.

How will this workshop help me?

This workshop will equip you with the essential skills and knowledge to:

• Set clear, measurable achievable, relevant and time-bound (SMART) goals
• Provide regular, constructive and supportive feedback
• Conduct effective performance reviews that are fair, transparent and motivating
• Identify and address performance issues proactively
• Develop and implement effective performance improvement plans
• Build strong and trusting relationships with your team members

This workshop will be led by Lesley Sully, who is an experienced HR and Management trainer who has worked with a variety of organisations both public and private sector. This workshop is free for Apprentices, £75 for WBTC Partners, £150 Commercial.

Delivery

This workshop will be delivered online and will last approximately 3 hours.
