Courageous Conversations

This course is designed to equip you with the essential tools and strategies to plan, managed and gain a successful outcome from a challenging conversation.

The Courageous Conversations Professional Development Workshop is ideal for

• Supervisors and Managers who would like to develop their skills in planning and managing difficult conversations with team members to achieve the best outcome for both parties

How will this workshop help me?

• Effective communication techniques: Learn how to express yourself clearly, listen actively and provide constructive feedback
• Strategies to plan the conversation: Discover practical step by step methods to plan the meeting, manage emotions and find mutually beneficial solutions
• Discuss common challenging conversation scenarios and how to approach them

This training session will be led by Lesley Sully who is an experienced HR and Management trainer and has worked with a variety of organisations both public and private sector. This workshop is free for Apprentices, £50 for WBTC Partners, £150 Commercial.
