Helen Lloyd-Hole
Interim Managing Director
Helen oversees the delivery of our commercial training and apprenticeships programmes for learners alongside our dedicated 16-18 alternative provision. She is committed to driving excellence across the organisation ensuring we provide the tools and environments necessary for all our learners to thrive.
Natalie Elliott
Funded Learning Manager
Natalie leads our funded learning programmes including our Great Start Study Programme, Adult Education Budget courses and our Multiply contract. Natalie builds programmes to help young people and adults reach their full potential.
Emma Hart
Work Based Learning Manager
Emma has worked at WBTC for an astounding 27 years, first joining us as an apprentice. Emma manages all things Apprenticeships, from ensuring our apprentices successfully complete their apprenticeship through ensuring our curriculum meets the needs of employers.
Tammy Dowling
Teaching, Learning & Quality Manager
Tammy builds robust frameworks, policies and procedures to ensure all our learners and employers receive the very best training possible. Tammy is our nominee for Ofsted and drives a culture of high quality through our whole organisation.
