How it works
Apprenticeships and training are a cost-effective way to attract talent, retain staff, and boost productivity.
How does it work?
- Upskill your current team to boost performance.
- Available to individuals 16+ at all levels — from entry roles to senior positions.
- Apprenticeships combine real work experience, training, and professional development.
- Blended learning approach (face-to-face, virtual, and workplace learning).
How is it delivered:
- Face to Face and online delivery with an industry experienced training consultant.
- Mixture of on the job and off the job learning.
- Array of online resources including flyers, videos and publications.
- Quarterly progress review to provide support and guidance.
How is it funded:
- Under 25s employed or not avoid national insurance costs.
- Funded via Apprenticeship Levy or co-funding.
- Co-funding = employer pays 5%, government covers 95%.
- Employers with <50 staff hiring 16–18 year olds = fully funded.
- £1,000 incentive for hiring 16–18 year olds.
