Participants will develop skills in promoting self-confidence, fostering social inclusivity, and cultivating a strong sense of self-worth.
This training will provide a deeper understanding of whole class teaching methods, which can be beneficial for those looking to advance to Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) status.
Additionally, participants will have the opportunity to tailor their learning experience by selecting specialised areas of focus.
