How will this workshop help me?
This workshop will equip you with the essential skills to:
- Understand the reasons for change – Learn about why change happens, the different levels of change and the benefits of change
- Understand the Fundamentals of change management – Learn about different change models and their application
- Identify how people react to change – Learn to spot different reactions to change and help people work through the change process
- Develop effective communication strategies – Learn how to clearly communicate change initiatives to your team, addressing concerns and building buy-in
- Identify and address resistance to change – Develop strategies to overcome common barriers and foster a culture of change
This workshop will be led by Lesley Sully who is an experienced HR and Management trainer and has worked with a variety of organisations both public and private sector. This workshop is free for Apprentices, £75 for WBTC Partners, £150 Commercial.
