British Safety Certificate in Health and Safety in the workplace

This course is designed to equip you with a basic introduction to health and safety in the workplace.

Who is it for?

The British Safety Certificate Health and Safety in the Workplace Professional Development Workshop is ideal for:

• Employees at all levels, either as an introduction or refresher of Health and Safety fundamental principles.

How will this workshop help me?

• Legal responsibilities of employers and employees
• Consequences of breaking health and safety laws
• Carrying out risk assessments
• Controlling common workplace hazards
• Causes of workplace accidents and ill-health
• Actions to be taken following and accident

This workshop will be lead by Tony Garraway, an experienced trainer who has worked with a variety or organisations in the private and public sector. This workshop is free for apprentices, £75+ test cost for WBTC Partners and £150+ test cost Commercial.
