COMPLETING THE FORM
Judges are looking for outstanding apprentices who effectively demonstrate the difference the have made in the workplace and/or in their learning.
They should also have shown an ongoing commitment to achieving their Apprenticeship. You may include examples of how the Apprentice demonstrated their inspirational qualities through commitment to personal and professional development. Don’t forget to mention any activities where they exceeded expectations or attainment. Make sure you provide the judges with good evidence to base their decisions on.
Please ensure that you have the correct age category. Please note that this is their age at the start of their Apprenticeship (contact email@example.com if you are uncertain).
